wide array of services including; concept creation, interior design, project
management, menu development, brand development, sourcing and/or
purchasing, staff training and motivational/training workshops.
Our belief is that it is no longer simply a case of having a bar and cocktail menu,
the market has become too complex and potential customers too sophisticated.

become more pro-active in order to reap the potential rewards and best utilize
their invested space. Strong statements in interior design, product offering and

Our combined backgrounds include over 27 years practical operational
experience in both private and commercial areas of the restaurant and bar
sectors, in the United States, Europe, Africa and Asia. Past and ongoing work for
companies such as; Buddha Bar Paris, Accor Group, Sofitel, Novotel, Pullman,
Luxury Collection, Shangri la, Hilton, Club Med, BCBG, Banyan Tree… to name just a few.
